Adult Fitness Classes
We offer a variety of class types for adult athletes as part of our Adult Fitness program. Class types include the following focuses.

Workout of the Day
We use a variety of barbell movements mixed in with different conditioning pieces so that every class feels fresh and challenging. Classes are geared for all fitness levels with appropriate progressions for each movement.

Gymnastics
Limestone Gymnastics classes help athletes build strength in bodyweight movements through calisthenics with a focus on CrossFit movements.

Endurance
Limestone Endurance classes use short, high intensity intervals to help our members prep for endurance events, increase cardio capacity and improve overall workout performance.
Classes for Kids & Teens
We offer fitness classes specialized for ages 10-13 (Limestone Juniors) and ages 13-18 (High School Performance).

High School Performance
Limestone Performance is a training program for athletes between ages 13-18 looking to become faster, stronger and more athletic on the field, court or ice. We incorporate strength training with teaching the major lifts while developing speed.

Limestone Juniors
Strength and conditioning specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, kids participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded athletes.
